Rachel West

Rachel leads all of Bluefin’s operational and commercial functions covering Finance, People & Culture, Legal, Contracting, Commercial, Tenders, Client Negotiations, Marketing, IT & Innovation, Administration, Quality & Compliance, Business Analysis Systems & Tools, and Supplier Management. Rachel has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry in Australia, starting as a recruitment consultant and progressing to RPO onsite recruitment, implementation, project management, and process improvement through creating solutions that combine people, processes, and systems. Rachel joined Bluefin 9 years ago. During that time, she introduced a significant amount of systems automation and process improvement. She manages multiple enterprise-wide projects, including digitalization, lease management, and office fit-outs, database optimization, and business continuity during the pandemic.
