Duncan Amos

With over two decades of Recruitment experience in Australia, with some prior time to that in the UK, Duncan was the first employee and is a founding Director of Bluefin Resources and its sister company Albacore Consulting. Duncan directs our NSW Technology, Projects, Change/ L&D and Public Sector divisions, responsible for the division’s growth in capability, profitability and headcount.

A consistent winner of our ‘We Are Equal’ and ‘We Unite’ values, Duncan has an open door policy for everyone in the business, no matter their level or job responsibility.

Additionally, Duncan partners with our key Preferred Supplier Base, genuinely believing in understanding his client’s strategic goals, providing the right outcome for all involved and ensuring customer service is second to none.
