Ben Dugan

Ben is the Head of Executive Search at Bluefin Resources, where he leads the Executive Search practice based in Sydney. Ben focuses on identifying and appointing senior C-Level/minus 1 executives, (CEO, COO, CSO, CTO, CRO, CISO, CCO, CPO, CIO…) SVP, VP, NED’s and Advisors (senior advisors/deal & industry) across our Energy Transition, Infrastructure, Environmental & Sustainability clients in APAC. Ben works directly with Private Equity and Superannuation platforms, supporting their portfolio companies’ executive hires through series round, mid-cap and LBO.
