We have low commission thresholds and commission bandings of up to 50%, which helps to drive our high-performance culture. We believe this is just one reason that 20% of our consultants billed over $1m in the last financial year. And, you don’t need to worry if you’re just starting out: new starters have their commissions recognised on their start date and a threshold-free period.
